Race pads suck to drive on the street!

put the race pads on for this weekends event and these things squeal like a freight train. today had a nice guy in a jeep tell me i needed brakes, so thoughtful. just said oh ok and off i went, pretty embarrassing Embarassed

Haha my squeal too! My trade in offer was reduced by 800 bucks because they said there is no brakes left. Hawk hps brand new as of the beginning of summer lol

They shouldnt sqeal either!! Quite aggrivating really.

What do you have?

I run HPS as well, no squeal except in the winter when they are heating up in the morning.

thats awesome, there is a s2k that runs tsscc and has a magnet that reads "brakes squeal because race car"

Haha I need that magnet. I'm running hawk ht-10. I get so many looks at stop lights I just look down to avoid contact lol.

Yea, like when farting in highschool. Just look at the kid who doesn't talk to anybody, not like he will defend himself.
